By downloading, installing, or using BaldCheck ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

BaldCheck is a shave reminder application that helps users track when to shave their head. The app includes a timer, notifications, an animated character, and a home screen widget.

Purchases

BaldCheck is available as a one-time purchase of $1.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). The purchase grants lifetime access to all features.

• In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms
• Web purchases are processed by Stripe
• All sales are final — refunds are handled by Apple (for in-app purchases) or by contacting us (for web purchases)

Gift Keys

Gift keys are single-use redemption codes. Each key can be redeemed once by one person. Gift keys cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or transferred after redemption. We are not responsible for lost or shared keys.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to generate, forge, or reuse license keys
• Abuse the gift system to circumvent payment

Intellectual Property

All content in BaldCheck — including the character design, animations, text, and code — is owned by BaldCheck and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer

BaldCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app provides shave reminders for entertainment and convenience — it is not medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaldCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
